摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for measuring a traveling time of a shuttle and detecting abnormality of feed of weft in weaving, a method therefor and a method for controlling a weaving machine. SOLUTION: In a weaving machine in which a weft is fed by a shuttle holding the weft in the transverse direction a machine to warps hung in the direction of the machine to weave an industrial woven fabric, this apparatus detects a weft insertion abnormality by measuring a time required for the shuttle pulling the weft to start one end of the weaving machine and to reach the other end. This method for detecting weft abnormality in weaving uses the apparatus. This method for controlling a weaving machine is provided.

摘要： PURPOSE: To control a large number different analysises by two processors by processing the measuring condition control data from one processor by other processor to output the same to respective measuring device control devices and controlling a plurality of analyzers. CONSTITUTION: When a desired item to be subjected to analyzing processing is selected by an input device to be inputted to a first processor, a series of analyzing processing designation data are inputted to a second processor and the measuring condition control commands to respective measuring device and an external device are extracted or formed to be outputted to a third processor through a digital device. The third processor perfoms the processing removing a discrimination signal from the measuring condition control commands to form operation data and outputs the operation data to the measuring devices and external device corresponding to the discrimination signal. The measured values of the measuring devices and the output of the external device are inputted to the third processor through an A/D converter and inputted to the second processor while a discrimination signal is applied to them and the corrected measuring condition command calculated by the comparison with analyzing processing command data is outputted to the measuring devices and the external device and this operation is repeated until data match with each other.

摘要： PURPOSE:To control plural actuators with a single controller and with no confusion of the serial data by performing the processing, the identification, and the output/input of the serial data between the controller and the actuators. CONSTITUTION:A processor 1 decides the identification number of the serial data 1 and deletes the identification number of the serial data to which the identification number of an actuator 1 connected to the processor 1 is added to output the serial data 2 to the actuator 1. Meanwhile the processor 1 also inputs the serial data 1 as it is to a processor 2. The processor 2 decides the identification symbol of the serial data 1 and deletes the identification symbol of the serial data to which the identification number of an actuator 2 is added to output the serial data 3 to the actuator 2. The actuator 2 also inputs the serial data as it is to a processor 3. Thus the actuators 1-3 can be controlled with no confusion of the serial data 1-3 and the influences of the communication setting (1)-(4) can be prevented to the communication.
