    • PURPOSE:To prevent overload of a common processing unit by blocking a common controller of an exchange for a prescribed time when overload of the common controller of an information processing unit is detected. CONSTITUTION:When the software of the system detects instantly the overload of the common controller CC based on the utilizing rate of the common controller CC or of a buffer memory, a relay driver DRU operates a connecting marker CM blocking relay of an overload processor A so as to cut off the blocking ground corresponding to each CM applied from a centralized supervisory frame CSF and block all the CMs for a prescribed time. Since the input information from the CM drawn to a scanner SCN is stopped by it, the overload of the common controller CC is relieved.

    • PURPOSE:To easily measure the quantity of latch-up resistance by selecting automatically a positive or negative measurement power source in the measuring device for the quantity of latch-up resistance of a complementary type MOS integrated circuit according to the level state of an output terminal. CONSTITUTION:An element 1 to be measured is powered on by an operating power source 5 and put in operation. In such a state, a detection part 12 detects whether the output terminal 4 is at a high or low level and outputs a switch signal to a switch part 13 when at the high level to select a positive measurement power source 9. When the terminal is at the low level, no switch signal is outputted to the switch part 13 and a negative power source 10 is selected. Consequently, the occurrence of a latch-up state is detected from the state of a current flowing to the output terminal 4 and the power source current of an ammeter 7, and the current at this time is read on the ammeter 8, thereby measuring the quantity of latch-up resistance.

    • PURPOSE:To enable automatic measurement of latch up withstand strength by utilizing the terminal voltage as obtained by feeding current to an input (or output) terminal and an IC tester for measuring a power source voltage after the supply of the current. CONSTITUTION:A specified operating voltage, input voltage and measuring current are supplied to a power source terminal 2, an input terminal 9 and a measuring terminal 4 as input or output terminal of an element 1 to be measured respectively from an operating power source section 12, an input power source section 14 and a measuring power source section 13. Then, a voltage measuring section 15 is connected to a terminal 4 through a control signal 19 to measure the voltage and a measured voltage value is obtained through a reading signal 20. Then, the measuring power source of the terminal 4 is turned to non-supply position, a measuring section 15 is switched from the terminal 4 to terminal 2 by the control signal 19 to measure the power source voltage and the power source voltage value by a signal 20. Then, the measured current value is measured as latch up withstand as obtained when the power source voltage value obtained with automatic switching by the control signal 19 from a control section 11 is less than the operating voltage value or the measured voltage value exceeds a fixed value being predetermined.

    • PURPOSE:To allow use of a universal IC tester having a common ground of a power source for measurement and that for operation by applying a higher voltage than a power source voltage to between an ground terminal and an input or output terminal during operation of an element to be measured. CONSTITUTION:An operating voltage is supplied to an element to be measured 1 from an operating power source 5 via a limiter 10 and a power source ammeter 7 to hold the element to be measured 1 in its operating state. An input (or output) terminal 4 is applied with a voltage which is obtained by adding a voltage of a reference power source 9 equal to that of the operating power source 5 with a voltage of a power source for measurement 6, that is, a voltage higher than that of a power source. When the power source current value is still larger than the normal value, considering that latch up has generated, a current which flows into the terminal 4 is read out by a measuring ammeter 8 and the read-out value is regarded as a latch up resistance.

    • PURPOSE:To enable automatic measurement of latch up withstanding value by a method wherein a measuring voltage is applied to an input or output terminal of a semiconductor element to be measured to measure the power source current and the same measurement is done by applying the same voltage after the switching OFF of all power sources. CONSTITUTION:The power source terminal 2 of an element 1 to be measured, a measuring terminal 4 as input or output terminal and an input terminal 9 excluding the terminal 4 are fed with a working voltage, a measuring voltage and an input voltage from a working power source section 12, a measuring power source section 13 and an input power source section 14. Current at the terminal 2 or 4 is measured with a current measuring section 15 and the application and switching OFF of power source section 12, 13 and 14 and the control of the measuring section 15 are done with a control section 11. Then, the working and input voltages are applied and additionally, a measuring voltage is added to measure the power source current. Then the power source is measured by applying all these voltages but the measuring voltage. After the switching OFF of all the voltages, they are applied again to measure current at the terminal 4 and the same measurement is repeated varying the measuring voltage until the results reach the specified value.

    • PURPOSE:To ensure an international subscriber dialing connection for a calling subscriber just by dialing the called subscriber number after the international subscriber dialing special number, by extracting the called subscriber number out of an originating register and therefore eliminating the transmission of the 2nd dial tone. CONSTITUTION:When a calling subscriber SUB dials a called subscriber number after an international subscriber dialing special number, an originating register OR receives the called subscriber number and actuates a calling subscriber number detector IDE via a connector. The IDE receives both the OR number and the called subscriber number and then stores temporarily the called subscriber number in correspondence to the OR number. Then the IDE transmits the storing position information, the international subscriber dialing special number, etc. to a common controller MKR via an ORMC after sending the start information of the MKR to the OR. The MKR identifies an international subscriber dialing call and then actuates a special number outgoing trunk OGT-SP. When a primary channel is set up, the OGT-SP actuates an outgoing sender OS via an OSL and transfers a trunk number to the IDE. The IDE extracts the called subscriber number out of a memory area on the basis of the trunk number.
