    • PURPOSE:To prevent re-selection of a busy call during line lockout by rewriting the state of a subscriber busy memory provided in a sub-common controller based on the result of a busy test at exchange connetion of a main controller. CONSTITUTION:When a connection is rejected by the busy test of the main controller CM, the main controller CM starts again a sub-common controller NG and selects an idle terminal from the subscriber busy memory again. Before the re-selection, that is, after the connection is rejected, the sub-common controller starts a timer circuit TM so as to make forcibly a subscriber memory corresponding to a terminal selected previously busy. When the control of forcible busy procedure of the timer circuit TM is finished, that is, when the busy memory corresponding to the subscriber selected previously is busy, the sub-common controller NG performs the control of re-selection. Since the sub-common controller NG recognizes that the subscriber memory is busy through the operation of the timer circuit TM as above, the same terminal is not selected again.

Consequently, the connection, switching, and disconnection between the subscriber cable T and subscriber SUB terminal are performed automatically and instantaneously on the generation of the service order through operation at the side of the maintenance station EX-1.
