    • PURPOSE:To ensure the quick and accurate transmission of common information over a wide range, by informing automatically an under-control state to a subscriber terminal from a spot where the traffic is controlled in case a congestion is generated and the calling of the subscriber terminal is controlled. CONSTITUTION:A traffic controller 11 provided in a communication control part 1 transmits the traffic control information to each exchange point 2. This point 2 connects a subscriber terminal 8 to an information tone transmitter 5 when the terminal 8 gives a call to the ground or subscriber under traffic control by the traffic control information. While an information tone reproducer 12 is automatically at the part 1, and the reproduced under-control information tone is distributed to each point 2. The point 2 sends the information tone to the transmitter 5. Thus it is possible to inform an under-control state to the terminal 8. In such a way, the production and transmission of the under-control communication tone are processed in a unitary way through the control network 1.
