摘要： PURPOSE:To decrease the internal blocking rate of an exchange switch by constituting a time switch of a time division exchange switch as two panels and also changing the clock speed of write and read. CONSTITUTION:The 1st time switch T1 and the 2nd time switch T2 consist respectively of memories M11, M12 and M21, M22 of two panels and write/read is conducted alternately at each frame. Write W1 is conducted at the 1st frame in the memory M11 in a clock speed fO and also read R1 is conducted in the memory M12 in a clock speed fi. A time division switch TI30 is operated by the clock fi. The channel number in the exchange is increased more than the external channel number by establishing the relation of fi>fO thereby decreasing the internal blocking rate of the exchange switch.

Then the fixed communication network gives a terminating request to the radio control communication device. At the same time, the number DN (α) showing the device 1 is also transmitted. The radio control communication device calls the device 1 based on the received information on the number DN (α) and collates the device 1 with the number DN (α) that is recorded in the device 1 to perform the terminating connection to the device 1.
