    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the terminating to a specific communication device when plural communication devices are stored in a radio control communication device by transferring the information to a data base, a fixed communication network and the radio control communication device to identify the communication device that is registered in the radio control communication device of the fixed communication network. SOLUTION: When a general fixed terminal or another communication device has a terminating request via a dial number DN(α) to attain the terminating to a communication device (α) 1, a subscriber number (LI-A) is acquired to show the connecting destination to a radio control communication device included in a fixed communication network from a data base 5 based on the number DN (α). Then the fixed communication network gives a terminating request to the radio control communication device. At the same time, the number DN (α) showing the device 1 is also transmitted. The radio control communication device calls the device 1 based on the received information on the number DN (α) and collates the device 1 with the number DN (α) that is recorded in the device 1 to perform the terminating connection to the device 1.

The terminal 112 always registers its moving position in the data base 141. Upon receiving the signals, the terminal 111 displays the signals on a displaying section and the user selects one network and sends the selecting code of the selected network to the calling- side exchange node 121.

The database 61 revises position information relating to the personal communication number PTNA made available in the personal communication network 41.
