    • PURPOSE:To prevent a kickback from occurring in time of selection, by interconnecting a second fluid inlet to its outlet through after interconection between a fluid outlet and a first fluid inlet is completely cut off in time of selecting a first fluid inlet side passage being usually interconnected to the fluid outlet to a second fluid inlet side passage. CONSTITUTION:In usually, a ball valve 38 is pressed by a spring 40, and a flow passage 34 is closed whereby a first inlet port 18 and its outlet port 22 are interconnected through. When brake fluid pressure is fed out of a second inlet port 20, a piston 44 shifts to the right, while a ball valve 50 shifts to the same direction in a state of having a through flow passage 46 closed. And, the ball valve 38 shifts to the right via a rod 56, seating it on the other side seat valve, and thereby the first inlet port 18 is intercepted from its outlet port 22. At that point, movement in the ball valve 50 to the right is stopped. Afterward, when the piston 44 further shifts to the right, the ball valve 50 comes off the valve seat whereby the second inlet port 20 and the first outlet port 22 are interconnected through. With this constitution, a fluid in the second inlet port 20 is in no case extered in the first inlet port 18.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify a brake structure, by using only one solenoid both as a solenoid performing the selection of a directional selector valve and a solenoid for an on-off valve cutting off the interconnection between the selector valve and a master cylinder, in time of skid controlling. CONSTITUTION:An on-off valve 14 interconnecting or intercepting a master cylinder to or from a directional selector valve 18 consists of a ball 130 and a valve seat 128 formed in a piston 48, and both the ball 130 and the piston 48 are produced with a magnetic material. Therefore, in time of antiskid controlling, a solenoid 66 is excited by a microcomputer, while the directional selector valve 18 is selected to a position closing a wheel cylinder or to a position interconnected it to a reservoir. Along with this selection, the ball 130 is accurately seated on a valve seat 128 by excitation of the solenoid 66 whereby the on-off valve 14 closes and the master cylinder and the selector valve 18 are intercepted from each other. With this constitution, when brake pressure is repressurized, the piston 48 operates with certainly by hydraulic pressure out of the master cylinder and the on-off valve 46 opens.

    • PURPOSE:To improve a brake feeling ever so better as well as to simplify a brake structure, by making each of constituent parts of a control valve, which actuates simultaneously with selection of a directional selector valve in time of skid controlling and intercepts a master cylinder from the selector valve as well as to feed a wheel cylinder with hydraulic pressure of a pump, turn to those being made of a magnetic material in structure. CONSTITUTION:A control valve 70 consists of a solenoid on-off valve 14 interconnecting and intercepting a directional selector valve 18 to and from a master cylinder and an on-off valve 46 feeding the directional selector valve 18 with a discharged fluid out of a pump. Both housings of the control valve 70 and the selector valve 18 are formed by a solid housing 72. And, a piston 48 and a tappet 130 opening the on-off valve 46 is manufactured with a magnetic material. In time of skid controlling, the selector valve 18 is selected to a closing position of the wheel cylinder or to an interconnecting position to the reservoir by a microcomputer, while the on-off valve 14 closes as the tappet 130 is accurately seated on a valve seat 128 by excitation of a solenoid 64. Therefore, in time of pressure application, the piston 48 operates by hydraulic pressure of the master cylinder, opening the on-off valve 46 and feeding the wheel cylinder with the discharged fluid of the pump.

    • PURPOSE:To perform hydraulic pressure control of a brake fluid in optimum conditions, by installing a throttle in series with a directional selector valve for skid control, and also installing a normally opened valve, which closes in time of controm starting for the selector valve, in position in parallel with the throttle. CONSTITUTION:When a brake pedal 12 is stepped on, a brake fluid in a master cylinder 10 is fed ample enough to a wheel cylinder 32 by way of an on-off valve 24 and a solenoid directional selector valve 28, thus braking takes place. When a skid occurs, a microcomputer 64 selects the directional selector valve 28 to each of second and third positions according to the skid extent and closes the wheel cylinder 32 or interconnects it to a reservoir 48. Simultaneously the microcomputer 64 selects the on-off valve 24 to a closing position and keeps it in this position. With this constitution, in time of antiskid controlling, in the case where the directional selector valve 28 is selected in order to repressurize the wheel cylinder 32, the brake fluid in the master cylinder 10 is fed to the wheel cylinder 32 via a throttle 34 so that a rise in hydraulic pressure slowly takes place.
