An air-current detecting part 2 housed in the case 4 is supported, at the approximately same height as the position of the opening end of each opening part 7 on the side of the ceiling surface 6. This body feeling sensor 1 is attached to the side surface of a head rest 12. When the sensor is attached to the head rest 12 on the side of a driver's seat, the sensor is attached to the front end part of the side surface on the side of an assistant's seat. When the sensor is attached to the head rest 12 on the side of the assistant's seat, the sensor is attached to the front end part of the side surface on the side of the driver's seat.

And, when this projection completion of the visor 14 is detected by a position sensor 10, the form memory alloy 12 is controlled to be energized to a current value with which the visor 14 is kept up in a projected state.

CONSTITUTION:A sensor 1 comprises a first light-sensing element Sa facing upward, a second light-sensing element Sb and a third light-sensing element Sc inclined forward by the same angle in the direction of the traveling of a vehicle C and having light-sensing surfaces inclined symmetrically in the lateral direction to the direction of advance of the vehicle C, and a means of adding up outputs of the light-sensing elements Sa to Sc. It is so disposed that the sum vector of the respective normal vectors of the light-sensing surfaces of the three light-sensing elements Sa to Sc accords substantially with the direction of solar radiation wherein the quantity of heat received by the vehicle C is maximum. Accordingly, the sum of the outputs of the light-sensing elements Sa to Sc becomes the maximum value when the solar radiation comes from the direction indicated by the sum vector of the respective normal vectors of the light-sensing surfaces. As the result, the characteristic of the sum of the outputs of the light-sensing elements Sa and Sc in regard to the direction of the solar radiation can be made to accord with the characteristic of the quantity of heat received by the vehicle C in regard to the direction of the solar radiation, and thus execution of highly precise measurement is enabled.

According to the wind velocity V, the face temperature of the driver D is calculated. According to the face temperature and a target face temperature, a corrected blow-off temperature is successively calculated, and the air flow is blown out into a vehicle chamber 10a at this blow-off temperature. Thus, the air conditioning in the vehicle chamber 10a under blow-up mode can be properly realized while ensuring the air conditioning corresponding to the sense of heat of the face part of the driver D.

If the presence of disorder is judged, a buzzer 52 is actuated. Disorder of the living body can be judged thereby with good accuracy.

And in this intermediate condition, the sun visor 3 is so controlled as to be changed over to the non-glare shield condition in a predetermined time (about 5sec).
