At that time, by increasing the rotating speed of the electric motor 45 of the compressor 32, even if the intake pressure of the compressor 32 decreases below 0MPa to cause the compressor to enter negative pressure operation, the negative pressure operation of the compressor 32 can be avoided by changing over to the dehumidifying heating operation mode in which even the indoor evaporator 5 can be operated as an evaporator.

摘要： PURPOSE:To allow a position of a driver to be properly provided so as to eliminate operations required for the adjustment of a back mirror and the like by allowing a detecting means which detects that the driver assumes the attitude to drive a car, to start detecting the position automatically. CONSTITUTION:When a driver gets on a vehicle and grasps a handle 2, the driver's attitude is detected. When receiving a signal from the hnandle 2, a computer 5 directs a drive command to both an infra-red strobo 3 and a CCD camera 4. The command from the computer permit the infra-red strobe 3 to irradiate its light to the driver 1, and the reflected light is taken in by the CCD camera 4 as a two dimensional image. The two dimensional image inputted into the computer 5 permits the position of the driver to be recognized allowing the computer to compute the target value for the position control for onvehicle accessaries 7 facing the driver. When receiving the target value for the position control from the computer 5, actuators for a head rest and a back mirror are so operated.
