    • PURPOSE:To facilitate the bending processing by forming a spacer part between the cylindrical part of a bobbin and a straight angle line, when bending the inner periphery side end part of the straight angle line wound on a bobbin in L shape as a terminal for connection and drawing out to the periphery of a coil. CONSTITUTION:A straight angle line 1a approximately 3mm in board thickness is wound plural times (three times in figure) on a bobbin made of resin so as to make a field coil 1. The bobbin 2 is composed of a rectangular tube part 2a for engaging with the periphery of a pole core 4 and a brim part 2b for supporting the straight angle line 1a. The periphery side end part of the coil 1 is twisted 90 deg. and made a terminal for connection, and the inner periphery side end part 1b is bent in L shape and drawn out to the periphery of the coil 1, and is made a terminal for connection. To fill the gap arising between the tube part 2a of the bobbin 2 and the second layer of the coil 1, a projection 9a l in thickness is provided in the tube part 2a at the winding start part of a coil 1, and a spacer part 9 is made. Hereby, the bending processing of the inner periphery side end part 1b can easily be done.

    • PURPOSE:To keep off any congelation and oxidation in a contact point as well as to reduce the cost of production, by separating a chamber, where a coil device is installed, from another chamber, where a plunger is set up, by a sleeve, and connecting a coil to a locking device locking a switch cover to a fixed iron core as the constitution. CONSTITUTION:Using a sleeve 7 improving slide motion of a plunger 11, an interval between a space D, where packing 9 and an O-ring 10 and a coil device 3 are installed in a switch housing 2, and another space E where the plunger 11 is set up is surely separated. Therefore, steam, harmful gas of varnish or the like in a holding coil 5 and a suction coil 6 generated in the space D are in no case penetrated into the space E and a space F in a contact cover part 16a, they are discharged to the outside. Accordingly, a moving contact 12 and a fixed contact 17 are not corroded at all and, what is more, this fixed contact 17 is not frozen as well. In addition, the contact cover part 16a is locked to the housing 2, and an air passage is formed there with each inserting hole of bolts 20 and 20' feeding these coils 5 and 6 with a current.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce magnetic resistance while restraining an increase in physical weight or raw materials. CONSTITUTION:A coil case (yoke) 3 and a plunger 7 constitute a gap possessing closed magnetic circuit interlinked to coils 51 and 52 together with the other soft magnetic members, and when an electric current is supplied to the coils 51 and 52, the plunger 7 is moved in the axial direction, and is sucked in the axial direction. An internal cylinder part 32 extended coaxially with the plunger 7 to the coil side from the inner peripheral edge of an edge plate part 31 of the coil case 3, is opposed to the outer peripheral surface of the plunger 7 through a gap, so that magnetic resistance of the gap between the coil case 3 and the plunger 7 can be reduced significantly. As a result, an electric current supplied to the coils, cross sectional areas of the coils, or the number of turns of the coils can be reduced, so that electric power consumption or raw materials can be reduced. Since the internal cylinder part 32 can be manufactured by means of a press working of the coil case 3, the manday is never increased.

    • PURPOSE:To heighten durability and the stability of set torque by transmitting the rotational torque of an armature shaft to a gear side taper part from a shaft side taper part by frictional coupling, and further onto a pinion and a ring gear through gear speed reducing mechanism. CONSTITUTION:An armature shaft 1 protruding from an armature 15, a D.C. motor, is provided with a shaft side taper part 1a, and a taper bush 2 is fittingly secured thereto. An armature gear 3 is rotatably fitted at the armature shaft 1, and a gear side taper part 3a provided at one end of the armature gear 3 is brought into contact with the shaft side taper part 1a. The armature gear 3 is meshed with a clutch gear formed at the outer cylinder part of a clutch 10 through an idle gear 7. A magnet switch 13 is disposed coaxially with the clutch 10, and at the closed time of this magnet switch 10, the shaft of a plunger 21 is sucked to move a pinion 11 to the left through the shaft of the clutch 10 so as to mesh the pinion 11 with a ring gear 12.

Further, the plunger chamber C communicates to a coil chamber D through the space F and the gap formed between the second cylindrical part 4e of the bobbin 4 and a bush 23. The space F communicates outside through a number of air passages G.
