摘要： PURPOSE:To enable the restart of a compressor to be operated easily by causing the control pressure chamber for a spool type valve which performs the opening and closing of a by-pass hole to be interconnected to the suction chamber for the valve when an electromagnetic clutch provided on a drive shaft is electrified. CONSTITUTION:A spool type valve 102, which performs the opening and closing of a by-pass hole 103, is energized by the action of a spring 109 in the direction of its normally opened state, and a control pressure chamber 101 thereof is connected by means of a high-pressure introduction port 132 to the high-pressure side of a compression chamber 111, and also connected by means of a control valve 120 and a pressure regulating passage 131 to a suction chamber 108. The control valve 120 is caused to open and close through a controlling means 110 so as to perform a time-proportional control over the pressure within a pilot pressure chamber 101. On the other hand, when an electromagnetic clutch, which is attached to the drive shaft of a compressor, is once disengaged before it is electrified again and engaged, the control valve 120 is automatically held in its valve-opened state so that the spool type valve 102 opens the by-pass hole 103 to the full. Hereby, even if the restart of the compressor is performed under a condition where the stopping time is short, the restart of the compressor can be performed certainly under a low load.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a hermetic compressor with a built-in rotational drive motor capable of precisely adjusting an oil feeding amount. CONSTITUTION:In a housing main body 3a forming a yoke of a motor 2, an oil passage 8 to introduce oil to a sliding part of a compression mechanism part is provided. This oil passage 8 is constituted of a connecting groove provided on the end surface of the housing main body 3a, a first oil passage 8b communicating a space 6a of a motor chamber 6 and the connecting groove to each other and a second oil passage 8c extending from the connecting groove to the side of a shaft 12 of the motor 2. Into the first oil passage 8b, a columnar pin 18 provided slightly smaller in diameter than the first oil passage 8b is inserted. Consequently, oil flown in the oil passage 8b flows in the connecting groove through a clearance between the first oil passage 8b and the pin 18.

Thereby, the lead wire on one end side of the coil is favorably grounded to a compressor side, facilitating the electrical connection of the lead wire, etc.

摘要： PURPOSE:To facilitate the attachment of the valve body made of magnetic material in the captioned solenoid valve by making the surface faced to the valve seat of the valve body to be sphere-shaped while making the surface touched to a moving core of the valve body to be flat-shaped. CONSTITUTION:A solenoid coil is wound on the outer periphery of a nylon bobbin 5 and in the inner periphery, a moving core made of magnetic material is slidably provided through a housing 2. Between the moving core 19 and an adjuster 13 having the function of a valve seat, a valve body 12 made of magnetic material 2 is interposed wherein the surface touched to the valve seat of the valve body is formed in a sphere shape and a surface touched to the moving core 9 is formed in flat-shape. The moving core 9 and the valve body 12 are separately formed so that there is no need to exactly position the valve 12 to the valve seat faced to said valve 12, thereby the attachment is extremely simplified.
