    • PURPOSE:To prevent interference between a vestibule diaphragm and a moving device on a curve in an automatic detachably fitting device of the diaphragm fitted on the coupling part of vehicles by providing an expansion device to advance and retreat to receiving members provided on the upper part or the lower part of the diaphragm and engage with it on the vehicle side, and providing a connecting mechanism to receive the extreme end of the diaphragm on the opposite vehicle. CONSTITUTION:The expansion device 2 of a vehicle A is extended, and the engaging member 37 of the extreme end of a engaging device 27 is inserted in the engaging hole 13 of the receiving member 16 on the upper part of a vestibule diaphragm 1. As the device 2 is further extended to push out the receiving member 16 together with the end frame 11 of the diaphragm 1, the frame 11 is guided with lateral guide members 20 and a lower guide member 19, and approaches a fitting plate 21 of an opposite vehicle B. As the roller 3 of the lower end of a piston rod 18 of an elevatable cylinder 17 is run on the slope of a lower guide 19, the frame 11 is lifted, contacted with the plate 21, and a hanger 12 is positioned on a receiving metal piece 22. By contraction of the cylinder 17, the hanger 12 is engaged with the piece 22 to retreat the expansion device 2.

And, after finishing the connection of the first coupling body 3 and the second coupling body 5, electric instruction and pressurized fluid are supplied and molten steel in the inside is discharged from opening hole arranged at the ladle 4 bottom.

CONSTITUTION:When the tractor 2 and the trailer 36 are coupled the back face of floor 37 of the trailer 36 is placed on the coupling plate 5 of coupler 1 of the tractor while it is guided by the inclined end plate 8 of the coupling plate 5. The coupling pin 38 of coupler of the trailer is led to the guide path 6 and central fit hole 7, the connecting part 42 of trailer is positioned while its guide pin 43 is led to the hole of connecting part of the tractor. When the switch is turned on to raise the cylinder 12, the connecting part 11 is moved upwards, the guide pin 23 is put in the pin receiver 48, the fluid piping connector 9 and the electrical wiring connector 10 are coupled with the corresponding parts respectively.
