摘要： PURPOSE:To improve synthetic efficiency in an enzymic reaction system and obtain a desired oligosaccharide in high yield by utilizing sugar transfer action or sugar condensing action a beta-glucosidase produced by Aspergillus.niger. CONSTITUTION:Saccharides, e.g. cellobiose and a beta-glucosyl group donor having beta-bond as a receptor are mixed in the presence of a beta-glucodiase produced by Aspergillus.niger in a solution at pH 2-12 to regioselectively achieve synthesis of 4-O-gentiosylglucose. Oligosaccharides such as the cellobiose, cellotriose and cellotetraose having at least one beta-glucoside bond are cited as the beta-gluosyl group donor. The cellobiose is preferred as the receptor; however, monosaccharides or oligosaccharides such as beta-glucose, cellotriose, cellotetraose, cellopentaose and cellohexaose can be used.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide the subject apparatus having a specific construction, effective in preventing the clogging of a liquid-supplying means and a collection means to suppress the fouling phenomenon and reaction inhibition phenomenon caused by impurities, etc., and enabling continuous production of cellooligosaccharide in high efficiency. CONSTITUTION:Cellulose is hydrolyzed with cellulase in a reaction tank 32 containing a storage means such as inner tank 12 made of a polyester filter cloth. Substances causing the clogging of a liquid-supplying means and/or a collection means (e.g. non-reacted cellulose filament) in a reaction liquid containing the produced cellooligosaccharide are stored in the inner tank 1 and a reaction liquid free from the clogging substance is supplied to a liquid- feeding pump 34 used as a liquid supplying means. The reaction liquid is transferred from the liquid-feeding pump 34 to a separator 13 to remove the by- products and/or impurities from the reaction liquid and passed through a membrane separator 33 used as a collection means to collect the permeated liquid containing cellooligosaccharide. The reaction liquid left after the collection of the permeated liquid is returned to the reaction tank 32.

CONSTITUTION:To the lower end periphery of a vertically open basket body 1, a board unit 21 having a shape almost same as that of the lower end plane of the basket body 1 is pivoted 22 at suitable parts of its periphery to form an openable bottom board 2. A cylindrical fabric unit 3 is inserted in the basket body 1 so that the opening ends may direct to the vertical direction. The upper opening end of the fabric unit 3 is then attached 4 to the basket body 1 while controlling the lower opening end of the fabric unit 3 so as to project to a suitably lower position than the lowest edge of the opened bottom board 2 in an open state of the bottom board 2 attached to the lower end part of the basket body 1. Fruits can efficiently be harvested thereby without reducing the commercial value of the harvested fruits.

摘要： PURPOSE:To fractionate an elastic paste made from the starch of the devil's-tongue efficiently and safely without causing damage of tip of the blades, by engaging a fractionating case equipped with specific deep blade grooves and shallow blade grooves at four side faces with a cutting guide provided with blade grooves having difference in level corresponding to the fractionating case and cutting the paste made from the starch of the devil's-tongue by a kitchen having a stopper. CONSTITUTION:The four side faces of a fractionating case 1 having a containing part for a paste made from the starch of the devil's-tongue at the center are equipped with two deep blade grooves 2 reaching the inner bottom face and nine shallow blade grooves 3 which cut the paste to the middle depth and leaves the lower part opposingly, respectively. On the other hand, a cutting guide 4 to be engaged with the fractionating case is provided with only in one direction with blade grooves 5 having difference in level, which correspond to the positions and the intervals of the deep blade grooves 2 and the shallow blade grooves 3 of the fractionating case 1. Then, a paste made from the starch of the devil's-tongue is packed into the containing part of the case 1, the case is engaged with the guide 4, a kitchen knife 7 equipped with a stopper 8 at positions corresponding to the depths of the blade grooves 5 having difference in level is inserted into each of the blade grooves having difference in level, firstly the paste is fractionated in one direction, then the guide 4 is reengaged, the direction is changed by 90 deg. and the same operation is carried out to give a paste made from the starch of the devil's-tongue having slits except the lower part.
