摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for surface-treating a rubber article to impart nonstickiness, lubricity, and other barrier effects thereto which method comprises surface-treating the rubber article in an unvulcanized or vulcanized state with a treatment solution prepared by mixing an aqueous formic acid or acetic acid solution having a specified concentration with hydrogen peroxide in an amount corresponding to a specified molar ratio of the acid and epoxidizing the surface layer of the product. SOLUTION: An aqueous solution containing 1-20 wt.% organic acid such as acetic acid or formic acid is mixed with hydrogen peroxide in an amount corresponding to a hydrogen peroxide/organic acid molar ratio of 1.5-20 to prepare a peracetic acid or performic acid treatment solution having a peroxy acid concentration of 1-4 wt.%. Next an unvulcanized or vulcanized rubber article comprising a natural rubber or a synthetic diene rubber is surface-treated by immersion in the treatment solution to epoxidize a part of the double bonds on the surface layer of the article to thereby obtain a surface-treated article improved in abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, gas barrier properties, wet grip performances, surface gloss, and coating film transparency. The organic peroxy acid is represented by the formula: RCO3H and is exemplified by performic acid, peracetic acid, perbenzoic acid, or perphthalic acid.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an adhesive composition, used for a postcard with its information concealed or the like which is prepared by laminating on a printed face another printed face or a sheet or the like for concealing so that it is easily peeled and not easily re-adhered, permitting improvement of efficiency in working processes and cost reduction. SOLUTION: A dried film of the subject adhesive composition, obtained by incorporating 30-80 wt.%, on a dry weight basis, of a plasticizer (softening agent) with a natural rubber, a synthetic rubber latex or a synthetic resin emulsion as a substrate, has a cohesive force restricted within a prescribed range, which permits easy peeling of a laminated product, prepared in a wet state just after the application of the adhesive, by cohesion failure in the adhesive layer after a prescribed time has passed and makes it non-adhesive thereby preventing easy re-adhesion after peeling.

The polythiocarbonate is synthesized, e.g. from an alkali sulfide or disulfide and carbon disulfide.

摘要： PURPOSE:To produce a corrosion-resistant finger stall which is flexible, age- resistant, solvent-resistant, water-resistant, and lowly sticky by molding a composite latex obtd. by three-dimensionally cross-linking a specific coreactive natural rubber latex. CONSTITUTION:40-10 pts.wt. methyl methacrylate is grafted onto 60-90 pts.wt (dry basis) natural rubber latex. The resulting graft copolymer is prevulcanized using a redox cross-linker consisting of an org. peroxide and a polyamine. 30-70 pts.wt. (dry basis) the resulting coreactive natural rubber latex and 70-30 pts.wt. (dry basis) reactive acrylic latex are mixed and then three-dimensionally cross-linked with a curative reactive with reactive side chains of the acrylic latex. The prepd. composite latex is molded by using it alone or by adhering it to the front surface or to the front and back surfaces of a sulfur- or thiuram- vulcanizing latex compsn., thus giving the objective stall.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a self-adhesive compsn. excellent in adhesive characteristics resistance to thermal creep, storage stability, etc., prepared by adding a tackifier and a vulcanizing agent to depolymerized natural rubber latex, followed by partial vulcanization of the mixt. CONSTITUTION:Depolymerized natural rubber latex (e.g., obtained by depolymerizing natural rubber with peroxide, etc. and plasticizing it to a low degree) is mixed with an emulsion (or an organic solvent solution) of a tackifier (e.g., modified rosin, ester resin or phenolic resin) in the blend ratio of about 20:80- 80:20 by solid weight. Then, a vulcanizing agent (e.g., a mixt. of about 1- 5pts.wt. thiuram-based vulcanization accelerator, about 1-5pts.wt. zinc oxide, about 0.3-2pts.wt. thiourea and about 0.3-2pts.wt. zinc alkyldithiocarbamate) is added to the latex in such an amount that the thiuram-based vulcanization accelerator may be present in about 0.1-2pts.wt. per 100pts.wt. latex. The resultant compsn. is aged and precured to obtain the titled compsn.
