摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a cement-based self-leveling material excellent in fluidity and coagulability by compounding a dispersant, an aggregate, a segregation- proofing material, an antifoamer, a crack retardant and a cement having an increased loss-on-ignition with the sprayed water. CONSTITUTION:This cement-based self-leveling material is produced by compounding (A) a dispersant (e.g. a condensate of a melamine resin-sulfonic acid with formaldehyde), (B) an aggregate (e.g. river sand), (C) a segregation- proofing material (e.g. methyl cellulose), (D) an antifoamer (e.g. a silicone antifoamer), (E) a crack retardant (e.g. a calcium aluminate-based crack retardant) and (F) a cement having a loss-on-ignition increased by 0.5-2-wt.% in terms of outer percentage by spraying water thereon. When the obtained leveling material is kneaded, the flow value at 60 min after kneading is little different from that at just after kneading and the kneaded material is excellent in fluidity and accordingly, the pouring process of the kneaded material is easy. Further, the self-leveling material exhibits high one-day compressive strength and is free from the generation of crack efflorescence after curing.

CONSTITUTION:Cement paste or mortar is poured into a form and compacted under vibration to form a surface decorative layer and, thereafter, an adhesive is applied to the decorative layer to form an adhesive layer and a panel substrate is further superposed on the adhesive layer to integrate three layers to produce a composite decorative panel. In this method, fast-curing cement consisting of Portland cement, a calcium aluminate mineral or inorg. sulfate is used.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a superior durability and an enhanced working efficiency without impairing the beauty of a product by a method wherein in integrally producing a light-weight decorative panel made of a surface decorative layer, an adhesive layer, and a light-weight panel substrate using a table vibrator, the panel is vibration formed at a prescribed vibration acceleration. CONSTITUTION:A three-layer light-weight decorative panel made of a surface decorative layer 2, an adhesive layer 3, and a light-weight panel substrate 4 is integrally produced using a table vibrator in which pedestals 8 with motors 7 fixed and a frame 6 are vibrated by rotating weights fixed to a shaft of the motor 7 at its both ends. In this invention, firstly the frame 6 is set on the pedestals 8 of the table vibrator, the light-weight panel substrate 4 is temporarily set on the frame 6, and the table vibrator is adjusted so that the frame can be vibrated at an acceleration of 0.5-5g and a frequency of 6000-9000rpm. In this manner, in producing a three-layer light-weight decorative panel, the panel is vibration formed at a vibration acceleration of 0.5-5g.
