摘要： PURPOSE:To uniform spray, to improve adhesivity and to suppress reduction in bond strength after hardening and drying by forming a refractory coating material from specific amounts of a parent material comprising a cement, light- weight aggregate and an endothermic material in a specific ratio, and further a water-soluble resin and a synthetic resin-based admixture. CONSTITUTION:A parent material comprising 2.5 to 20wt.% cement, 5 to 30wt.% light-weight aggregate and 50 to 92.5wt.% endothermic material is blended with 0.1 to 1.0wt.% water-soluble resin and 1 to 10wt.% synthetic resin-based admixture based on the amount of parent material. Since this refractory coating material has an extremely small amount of cement blended, cracking caused by shrinkage after drying and hardening will not occur. The amount of the light-weight aggregate and the endothermic material blended, especially the amount of the endothermic material blended can be enlarged by addition of the water-soluble resin and the synthetic resin admixture and the refractory coating material has excellent fire resistant properties, improved adhesivity to sprayed surface and excellent bond strength after hardening.

摘要： PURPOSE:To produce the concrete product which is lightweight and has high strength and excellent water permeation resistance. CONSTITUTION:This production of the lightweight concrete using lightweight aggregate together with foams comprises (1) the first stage for kneading a binding material, water and a water reducing agent to produce a paste, (2) the second stage for adding preformed foams to this paste and kneading them to produce air-entrained mortar and (3) the third stage for adding lightweight aggregate to the air-entrained mortar and kneading them to produce a lightweight air-entrained concrete composition. The first to third kneading stages are performed in that order. At this time, the absorption of the kneaded water in the lightweight aggregate is drastically reduced without subjecting the aggregate to any treatment such as coating treatment. As a result, the flowability of the concrete composition can be secured even at the time of using a low (water)/(binding material) ratio. Thus, the objective lightweight high strength air-entrained concrete product having high strength and excellent water permeation resistance can be produced.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a cement-based self-leveling material excellent in fluidity and coagulability by compounding a dispersant, an aggregate, a segregation- proofing material, an antifoamer, a crack retardant and a cement having an increased loss-on-ignition with the sprayed water. CONSTITUTION:This cement-based self-leveling material is produced by compounding (A) a dispersant (e.g. a condensate of a melamine resin-sulfonic acid with formaldehyde), (B) an aggregate (e.g. river sand), (C) a segregation- proofing material (e.g. methyl cellulose), (D) an antifoamer (e.g. a silicone antifoamer), (E) a crack retardant (e.g. a calcium aluminate-based crack retardant) and (F) a cement having a loss-on-ignition increased by 0.5-2-wt.% in terms of outer percentage by spraying water thereon. When the obtained leveling material is kneaded, the flow value at 60 min after kneading is little different from that at just after kneading and the kneaded material is excellent in fluidity and accordingly, the pouring process of the kneaded material is easy. Further, the self-leveling material exhibits high one-day compressive strength and is free from the generation of crack efflorescence after curing.
