      SOLUTION: The outer surface of the heat insulating member B formed to abut on a straight pipe part of piping which is the heat insulated body is covered with an external facing metal plate member 10. Metal frame members 11, 11 are held to a part of the surface, abutting on the straight pipe part, of the heat insulating member B, and bent parts 11a at both ends are fixed to the external facing metal plate member 10 by welding. Because of such a structure that the heat insulating member abuts on the straight pipe part, the heat insulating effect can be exhibited to the maximum.
