    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower a surface temperature of a heat insulating panel, and shorten a periodic inspection period by filling a heat insulating material inside a box body, arranging a hollow flat refrigerant passage member to cover a great part of its plate in a part close to the box face plate side where the box body is turned to a heat insulating part, and forcedly flowing air in the passage member. SOLUTION: A box-type heat insulating panel is used in a part opposit to a heat source part D. When the heat source part D is operated, an opening part 2a from which a refrigerant blowing-off box-shaped nozzle member C1 is pulled out and an outlet of a passage part 4, are closed by a heat insulating material. For example, when the heat insulating panel is removed at periodic inspection time, the closing heat insulating material is removed, and the box-shaped nozzle member C1 is fitted and inserted, and air is flowed in a hollow flat passage member C from an air blower. Conduction heat to the heat insulating panel from the heat source part D is taken in inflow air by the inflow, and is released outside, and a surface temperature of the panel is lowered, and at the same time, a temperature drop in the heat source part 4 itself is also promoted. A temperature can be lowered in a short time, and a periodic inspection period can be shortened from the improvement of a burn preventive work environment or the like at removing work work time and shortening of inspection time.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal reflection type heat in sulfating device which has an excellent manufacture processability, and can exhibit the insulating property at the maximum. SOLUTION: In a metal reflection type heat insulating device composed by filling and a arranging numerous metal sheets 2 in the laminating form inside a semicylindrical metallic case surrounding a piping P, V-shape ribs 2a and 2b embossed in the grill form to the metal sheets 2; and conical projections 2c existing at the grill surface parts partitioned by both ribs, and embossed higher than the ribs 2a and 2b; are provided. As a result, the strength of the metal sheets themselves can be improved by the ribs 2a and 2b provided in the grid form, the clearances between metal sheets are maintained constant as the whole, by the functions of the grid form of ribs and projections which are bent in a polygonal form making the metal sheets concentric to the cylindrical case regularly, and air layers (fixed intervals) effective to the insulating effect can be maintained. Furthermore, in the structure making the projections in concal projections, the heat conduction by the contact of metal sheets each other can be made in a small amount which can be ignored.
