摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tension member inserting construction method in which a high strength tension member can be inserted at low cost. SOLUTION: In inserting the tension member, a rod 13 is inserted into a screen pipe 1 provided with a net part 1a of a small mesh, and a bit 14 having an outer diameter smaller than an inner diameter of the screen pipe 1 which is capable of excavating a diameter larger than an outer diameter of the screen pipe is installed on a tip of the rod 13. While excavating a hole 15 in ground A with this bit 14, the screen pipe 1 is inserted into the excavation hole 15. At a timing when the hole 15 of a specified depth is formed, after elimination of excavation soil, the rod 13 and the bit 14 are pulled from the hole 15, and injection of grout material 16 and insertion of the tension member 2 are performed to the excavation hole 15.

Further, a second nut 22 is threadedly engaged with the second thread 30, and the distal end part of the second thread 30 is inserted into a through hole in a second plate 5, and a third nut 23 is threadedly engaged with a third nut 23 before the second plate 5 is fastened by the second nut 22.

A drain 15 is arranged so as not to be excessively projected to a ground 13 on the outer side from the cut-off wall 10. An impervious steel plate 17 is installed in a closely fitting manner to the surface of an inner flange 16 of two the wide flange beams 11 to form a side wall on the side opposite to the ground of the drain 15. In the drain 15, a catchment side or a recharge side is opposite to a ground 13, and an underground water is shielded by the impervious steel plate 17 for the inner side. Since most of the drains 15 are arranged within the wall thickness of the cut-off wall 10, and installed to the depth of an underground water- passing layer 19, the projection of the drain 15 to the outer ground 13 can be reduced, and the site efficiency is extremely excellent.

The fixing cap 1 is formed by welding a cap 3 to one side of a plate 2, and a through hole 4 letting the nut 14 and the washer 15 pass through is formed in the plate 2. The cap 3 is provided with a nut storing part 5 storing the nut 14 and a washer storing part 6 storing the washer 15. The nut storing part 5 is formed into a shape similar to the outer shape of the nut 14, and a width across flat of the nut storing part 5 is set wider than that of the nut 14 and narrower than its width across corners. A diameter of the washer storing part 6 is set larger than the width across corners of the nut storing part 5.

The left-hand thread 45 of the connecting nut 10 is screwed on the small diameter screw 20 and further, the second bolt inserted in the bolt hole of the upper plate is screwed on the right-hand thread 46 and the second bolt 7 is turned to corotate together with the connecting nut 10 to move it up. Then, concrete is placed in a through hole 4.

SOLUTION: A pressing-down member 4 and a receiving member 3 are fitted in order in the shaft part of a bolt 1, and a nut 2 is threadedly engaged. The respective end parts of linear materials 5, 5 to be connected between both side pressing-down parts 4b, 4b of the receiving member 3 are mutually inserted from the inverse direction. An inner sleeve of a nut runner is fitted in a pin tail 1c, and an outer sleeve is fitted in the nut 2, respectively, and the nut 2 is rotated until the pin tail 1c ruptures to fasten both linear materials 5, 5. In this case, a projecting strip formed in the pressing-down parts 4b of the pressing-down member 4 bites in the linear materials 5 to enable the firm connection. Even if a connecting metal fitting inclines since tensile force is applied to the connected two linear materials 5, 5, a stress concentration on the part of the opening edge can be avoided so as to prevent rupture.
