Simultaneously, a brim 56a of the gas filling mouthpiece 56 makes contact with a top end surface 6a of a gas outlet nozzle 6, and the gas filling mouthpiece 56 is fixed on the aforementioned peripheral inner wall 6b with a box nut 57. When gas is press-led inside a check valve 15 in this state, differential force of differential area of pressurized areas Au and Ac for valve opening and closing works to the left side, and a check valve body 42 becomes open. Consequently, it is possible to carryout the motion to insert the opening-closing piston and the motion to fix the gas filling mouthpiece 56 successively.     • PURPOSE: To provide a valve device in which a gas filling work can be efficiently performed, and the device can be made compact. CONSTITUTION: A gas inlet port 4, an inlet passage 8, a closing valve chamber 25 for a closing valve 7, an outlet passage 9, and a gas outlet port 5 are successively allowed to communicate each other within a valve box 3. The gas outlet port 5 is allowed to communicate with the inlet passage 8 by a gas filling passage 10. The gas filling passage 10 has a check valve 11 for arresting the flow from the inlet passage 8 to the closing valve chamber 25. When a high pressure gas is filled in an empty gas cylinder 1, the high pressure filling gas is supplied from a gas filling metal fitting connected to an outlet nozzle 22 as a closing member 26 in the closing valve chamber 25 is still closed. Then, the filling gas is carried from the gas outlet port 5 into the closing valve chamber 25 to open a check member 36 by the pressure, successively passed through the inlet passage 8 and the gas inlet port 4, and filled in the internal space A of the gas cylinder 1.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a valve device applicable to a gas cylinder stored with extra-high pressure gas. SOLUTION: A gas inlet, an inlet passage, a shutoff valve chamber, an outlet passage 9 and a gas outlet 5 are formed in this order in a valve casing 3. A check valve chamber 40 and a check valve seat 43 are formed in this order at the outlet passage 9, and a check member 41 is inserted in the check valve chamber 40. An annular groove 1 is formed at the outer peripheral surface of a tip part 41a of the check member 41, and a sealing fixture 2 fittingly fixed into the annular groove 1 is brought into sealing contact with the check valve seat 43. The inner peripheral surface 2c of the sealing means 2 is brought into sealing contact with a bottom wall 1c of the annular groove 1, and a tip face 2a of the sealing fixture 2 is brought into sealing contact with a tip wall 1a of the annular groove 1. A corner clearance G formed among the bottom wall 1c, the tip wall 1a and the sealing fixture 2 is communicated with the gas outlet 5 by a communicating path R.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate plastic deformation of a disc spring and to prevent leakage in the valve closing condition by providing a contact transmission portion between a propeller screw member and an intermediate transmission means, and setting the transmission contact position in the midway position of the compressive operation area of the disc spring. CONSTITUTION:Disc springs S are stacked in a spring chamber 32 formed between a rotation absorbing transmission means 41 and the intermediate transmission means 26. Contact transmission means 40 is disposed in such a manner as to be parallel transmission to the disc spring S between the intermediate transmission means 26 and rotation absorbing transmission means 41. The contact transmission portion 40 comprises a stepped portion 27 of the intermediate transmission means 26 and a spring bearing surface 41a of the rotation absorbing transmission means 41, and the transmission portion 40 is set in the midway position of the compressive operation area of the disc spring S. Accordingly, when the valve is operated to close, the disc spring S is stopped being further compressed in the midway of the compressive operation area to prevent totally compression condition, so that even if the accumulated frequency of valve closing operation becomes larger, the elastic condition can be kept.
