    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a valve device on which a safety valve is attached compact. SOLUTION: An inlet passage 8, a closing valve chamber 25 and a gas outlet 5 are sequentially provided in a housing 3. A first check valve 11 to avoid a flow from the inlet passage 8 to the closing valve chamber 25 is provided in a gas filling passage 10 arranged in parallel with the closing valve chamber 25, and the flow to the closing valve chamber 25 and the first check valve 11 is avoided by a second check valve 12. A sleeve 31 is internally fitted in a recessed part 30 to open on an outer surface of the housing 3, a first check valve chamber 34 of the first check valve 11 is constituted of an inner space of the sleeve 31, and the first check valve chamber 34 is communicated to the outside of the housing 3 through a gas discharge passage 14. A rupture disc 16 provided in the gas discharge passage 14 is airtightly pressurized in the housing 3 by screw thrust of a cover member 32, and the sleeve 31 is pressurized and fixed in the housing 3 through the rupture disc 16.

    • PURPOSE: To provide a valve device in which a gas filling work can be efficiently performed, and the device can be made compact. CONSTITUTION: A gas inlet port 4, an inlet passage 8, a closing valve chamber 25 for a closing valve 7, an outlet passage 9, and a gas outlet port 5 are successively allowed to communicate each other within a valve box 3. The gas outlet port 5 is allowed to communicate with the inlet passage 8 by a gas filling passage 10. The gas filling passage 10 has a check valve 11 for arresting the flow from the inlet passage 8 to the closing valve chamber 25. When a high pressure gas is filled in an empty gas cylinder 1, the high pressure filling gas is supplied from a gas filling metal fitting connected to an outlet nozzle 22 as a closing member 26 in the closing valve chamber 25 is still closed. Then, the filling gas is carried from the gas outlet port 5 into the closing valve chamber 25 to open a check member 36 by the pressure, successively passed through the inlet passage 8 and the gas inlet port 4, and filled in the internal space A of the gas cylinder 1.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate work for charging an emptied gas cylinder with high pressure gas, in a valve device for taking out high pressure gas in the gas cylinder in a pressure reduced condition. CONSTITUTION:A closing valve 7 and a pressure reducing valve 8 are successively provided from a gas inlet 14 to a gas outlet 5 in a valve case 3. A gas charge path 10 of bypassing the pressure reducing valve 8 is provided between the gas outlet 5 and an outlet 7b of the closing valve 7. The first check valve 11 for impeding a flow from the closing valve outlet 7b to the gas outlet 5 is provided in this gas charge path 10. Further, a gas introducing path 29 of a secondary side safety valve 28 communicates with the gas outlet 5, and an opening/ closing part A is provided in this gas introducing path 29. At the time of charging a gas cylinder 1 with gas, the opening/closing part A is closed by an operating part 30 provided in a gas charge metal fixture 14. In this way, charge gas is prevented from escaping from the secondary side safety valve 28.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a fluid from leaking with certaintity by installing a contact stopping part, checking any movement of a propulsive screw member to the valve closing side of more than the specified value, at the fixed side of a valve box, and setting a contact stopping position of this contact stopper part in a mid position of a compressive operating range of a belleville spring. CONSTITUTION:A handle 7 is rotated to the valve closing side from a valve closing state, and a valve face 14a is made contact with a valve seat 10a. In this state, a size of height between a rotation absorbing transmission device 31 and a contact stopper part 34 is D-E. In addition, contact force between the valve seat 10a and the valve face 14a is enhanced as a propulsive screw member 25 goes forward to the lower side by operation of the handle 7, and in the midway, the member 25 makes the transmission device 31 go down, whereas an intermediate transmission device 26 is stopped to the valve seat 10a via a valve body 14, so that a belleville spring S is compressed while closing contact force of the valve face 14a is gradually enhanced. A descent of the transmission device 31 is stopped by the stopper part 34 in the midway of compressive operation of the spring S, and the closing contact force of the valve face 14a is prevented from exceeding a proper value P.
