When they are coincident, a message signal in succession to the ID is fed to the control section 4 from the decoder 3. The control section 4 stores the message signal to a RAM 6 and a display section 9 displaces the message signal. When the user desires security on this message from other party, a cipher information input section inputs cipher, the message stored in the RAM 6 is transferred to a ciphering message memory 7 together with the cipher.
