    • PURPOSE:To stabilize electric wave absorbing performance and then reduce weight by mixing three types, namely a base material, a filling substance, and a conductive substance, simultaneously or constituting an electronic absorber by mixing either two types and then mixing the remaining one type to the mixture. CONSTITUTION:A base material such as a paint, rubber, and epoxy resin, a non-conductive and non-magnetic granular object such as granular polyetylene, expanded stylene beads, and glass ball, and a conductive material such as a conductive particle and a conductive fiber are mixed simultaneously or two types, namely a base material such as epoxy resin and a filling substance such as expanded styrene beads with a diameter of 6mm are mixed and then the conductive material such as conductive particle and conductive fiber are mixed to these two types, thus constituting an electric wave absorber. In this manner, a secondary surface is constituted on purpose and then a conductive particle, a conductive fiber, or a magnetic particle is laid out on the secondary surface, thus maldistributing the particle and hence stabilizing electric wave absorbing performance.

    • PURPOSE:To avoid radio wave interference by a method wherein a magnetic material layer is composed of laminated magnetic sheets and bonded permanent magnet sheets. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic material layer 2 is composed of laminated magnetic sheets and bonded permanent magnet sheets. Not less than 90wt.% of soft ferrite particles having diameters of 0.5mum-5mm are kneaded with resin and the mixture is processed into a sheet having a thickness of 3-30mm to obtain the magnetic sheet. Hard ferrite particles are kneaded with resin and the mixture is processed into a sheet having a thickness of 2-30mm and the sheet is magnetized to obtain the bonded permanent magnet sheet. One or both sides of the magnetic sheet is or are cladded with the bonded permanent magnet sheet or sheets or the magnetic sheets and the bonded permanent magnet sheets are alternately laminated to compose a multilayer bonded magnetic unit. The surface magnetic flux density of the bonded permanent magnet sheet is not less than 100G. With this constitution, processability, moldability and installability can be improved and the radio wave absorber of the present invention can be easily applied to the wall of a building, etc., to avoid radio wave interference.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce a thickness, a weight of a film and to widen a frequency band of absorption characteristics without using a sintered material solidified on a plate by mixing spinel ferrite particles having diameters of a special range in resin and forming a magnetic layer in a thickness of a special range. CONSTITUTION:A radio wave absorbing material for forming a magnetic layer to be laminated on a metal plate has a layer which contains spinel ferrite particles each having a diameter of 0.5mum-5mm in resin and has a thickness of 10-30mm of 90wt. pattern or more. The resin layer having a high electric resistance is formed among the particles thereby to increase an electric resistance of an entire system. An increase in the resistance and an increase in a resonance frequency are simultaneously realized by introducing the resin layer thereby to obtain frequency characteristics of desired permeability. Particularly, excellent permeability characteristics are obtained in a high frequency band. Since a radio wave absorber using it is not formed of a sintered material, excellent processing.moldability and executability are realized to obtain excellent absorbing characteristics.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a wave-absorbing characteristic whose attenuation amount is high by a method wherein a conductive fiber dispersion dielectric layer composed of a dielectric in which conductive fibers are dispersed into a high-polymer resin is laid between the layer of a magnetic loss body such as a ferrite or the like and the layer of a dielectric loss body in which a conductor such as carbon graphite or the like is dispersed into a high-polymer resin. CONSTITUTION:A laminated body of a magnetic loss body 2, a conductive fiber dispersion dielectric layer 3 and a dielectric loss body 4 is formed on the surface of a conductor 1. The magnetic loss body 2 is a nickel-zinc ferrite sintered body. The conductive fiber dispersion dielectric layer 3 is molded by spraying carbon fiber as conductive fibers 5 which have been dispersed into a glass fiber. The dielectric loss body 4 on the conductive fiber dispersion dielectric layer 3 is a pyramid-shaped molded body of foamed urethane to which carbon has been dispersed. It is possible to obtain a high attenuation amount over a wide band from several tens of MHz to several tens of GHz or higher.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the finish of a heat treatment work and automatically stop the work in the batch process in which electromagnetic waves are irradiated to a material to be heated and the materials are heated as a batch, and automatically stop the work after the heat treatment work of the final part of the material to be heated is finished in the continuous process, and efficiently conduct heat treatment work of a large volume of materials to be heated. SOLUTION: At least a thermometer 4 detecting the temperature of a heating part, a moisture sensor 5 detecting the moisture of the heating part, a power meter 6 in which electromagnetic waves containing microwaves emitted from a magnetron 1 are made incident and power corresponding to the incident electromagnetic waves is outputted, and a current transformer 7 detecting the reflecting power of the magnetron 1 are installed. A control part 3 in which when a detecting signal outputted from at least either of the thermometer 4, the moisture sensor 5, the power meter 6, and the current transformer 7 is inputted, the moisture content contained in kitchen refuse 9 is detected from the signal, and power supply to a magnetron power source 2 is automatically controlled and/or stopped is installed.
