    • PURPOSE:To allow the decrease of the oscillation of a winding frame and to prevent the failure of a cable connected to the temp. measuring platinum strand at the base end of the winding frame by supporting the front end of the winding frame with the front end of a holding cylinder via a supporting member or directly supporting the front end of the winding frame. CONSTITUTION:The temp. measuring platinum strand 2 is wound on the outer peripheral surface of the winding frame 1 and a positioning hole 4 is hollowed in the central axial direction of bottom at the base end of the winding frame 1. Connecting holes 5, 5 to connect the hole 4 and the winding end are bored. The end face of the MI cable 9 which houses platinum alloy core wires 8, 8 interposed with an inorg. insulating material 7, such as MgO, in an armor pipe 6 consisting of a platinum alloy is subjected to end face sealing 10 and the core wires 8, 8 are exposed from the seal 10. The core wires 8, 8 are inserted into the communicating holes 5, 5 and the cable 9 is fitted into the positioning hole 4. Both ends of the strand 2 and the front ends of the core wires 8, 8 are connected. The strand 2 is then coated with a coating material and enmal is packed into the cavity between the core wires 8 and 8 to closely seal the cavity. The increase in the spacing is obviated by a thermal elongation difference even if the sensor heats up to a high temp. at the time of use. The oscillation of the winding frame 1 is thus limited.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption. SOLUTION: An actuator includes a circulation fluid pressure circuit system, a first position control system, and a second position control system, and the circulation fluid pressure circuit system is provided with a fluid pressure pump 1 and the actuator 2 forming a flow passage cursed by the fluid pressure pump 1. The first position control system is a closed control system formed by a first operation part 4 of the actuator 2, a position sensor 9 detecting a position of the first operation part 4, a controller 12, and an electric motor 7 controlled and driven by the controller 12 to drive the fluid pressure pump 1. The second position control system is a system moving a second operation part 15 changing discharge capacity of the fluid pressure pump 1 in the direction of low discharge capacity when a detection position signal 11 outputted by the position sensor 9 agrees with an instruction position signal 13 inputted into the controller. When an external force acts, a torque of the hydraulic pump 1 having reduced discharge capacity is reduced to reduce power consumption.
