    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing inorganic spherical bodies each having such a large particle diameter that the average particle diameter becomes 100 μm or more. SOLUTION: In the method for producing inorganic spherical bodies having an average particle diameter of 100-1,000 μm, the inorganic spherical bodies are obtained through a process for forming a W/O-type emulsion by dispersing an aqueous liquid containing a specified inorganic compound into an organic liquid, a process for forming a metal oxide by hydrolysis of a metal alkoxide on the outer shell part of each droplet of the aqueous liquid containing the inorganic compound by adding the metal alkoxide to the W/O-type emulsion, and a process for forming the inorganic spherical bodies by solidifying the aqueous liquid containing the inorganic compound in the W/O-type emulsion after the formation of the metal oxide.     • PURPOSE: To make it possible to form characters or image with a fusion type thermal transfer printer by forming an image receiving layer for fusion type thermal transfer on the label surface of a recording disk. CONSTITUTION: An ionomer type aq. urethane resin soln. is applied on the label surface of a DRAW type compact disk by using a bar coater and is dried, by which a urethane intermediate film is formed. A coating liquid prepd. by mixing 25 pts.wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 1.5 pts.wt. orthoboric acid and water per 100 pts.wt. alumina sol is applied on this intermediate film by using the bar coater and is dried to form a porous layer of a pseudo baimite type. The label surface of such recording disk is printed with various patterns by a fusion type thermal transfer printer by using a wax based ink ribbon. As a result, the label is inexpensively produced with ease of handling and the indices for the recording contents, etc., of the disk are easily realized.
