    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a pressure command signal coincide with a feed-back signal by correcting a drive command value according to a correction amount when the feed-back signal has a fear of being arranged under the condition wherein the feed-back signal does not coincide with the pressure command signal. SOLUTION: After a time t4, differential pressure exists between command pressure X corresponding to a pressure command signal and actual output pressure Y of a positional electromagnetic valve corresponding to a feed-back signal, and since the gradient of the output pressure Y gets gentle, the output pressure Y has a fear of being arranged as it is before it reaches the command pressure X. Then, in a division from the time t4 to a time t5, an additive amount B is added to a coil current value A to generate an output as a new coil current value A'. As a result, in the division from the time t4 to the time t5, the coil current value A' is increased gradually, i.e., piled up to be changed in the direction of parting from the current value. After the time t5, an effect of gradually increasing the coil current value A' appears so that the output pressure Y is gradually increased to approach the command pressure X.

The radial roller 23 and thrust roller are arranged alternately in the circumferential direction through an annular gap between the rolling faces sharing the space.

CONSTITUTION:An air source device has a main air reservoir 10 connected to an air compressor 6 through a check valve 8 and a pressure governing device 33 actuated on, when an air pressure of this main air reservoir is decreased to a pressure governing lower limit value, and actuated off when the air pressure is increased to a pressure governing upper limit value. In the air source device for controlling the air compressor driven based on on-off action of this pressure governing device, pressure detectors 31, 32 are provided in primary and secondary side passages of the check valve. A control part 30a for supervising a detection pressure of the pressure detector is connected to these pressure detectors, and in this control part, at the time of on-action of the pressure governing device, when the detection pressure of the pressure detector in the primary side of the check valve is increased higher than a preset value relating to the detection pressure of the pressure detector in the secondary side, or in addition when the detection pressure of the pressure detector in the primary side of the check valve is increased to the pressure governing upper limit value or more of the pressure governing device, driving of the air compressor is stopped.
