    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely detect fall of a person or an object into a railway track by providing a detection means outputting a fall detection signal when a prescribed change is generated in physical quantity in a detection area detected when a vehicle stops at a station by the entering into the detection area by a person or an object. SOLUTION: Each detection area V1 and V2 of detectors 54 has an extent in a railway track direction as each detection area V1 and V2 becomes the lower part by directivity of the detectors 54. Light emitted from the detectors 54 is projected on the whole area of a railway track surface corresponding to the lower surface of each detection area V1 and V2. By mounting the detectors 54 on both vehicle tip parts 51a and 52a, prescribed areas of a gap between both the vehicle tip parts 51a and 52a are always made detection areas in these detectors 54. The positional relation of the detectors 54 and the vehicle is always constant and fixed. Therefore, a fall of a person into a railway track can be detected from the prescribed areas of the gap between both the vehicle tip parts 51a and 52a.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact electric variable load valve for rolling stock by which an air pipe line between the valve and an air spring can be eliminated, and thereby equipment of the rolling stock can be simplified.
      SOLUTION: The electric variable load valve for rolling stock is provided with a supply and exhaust valve means 10 which is connected to a supply air reservoir and a brake cylinder side and generates emergency brake pressure within valve chambers 16a, 16b utilizing compressed air from the supply air reservoir, a retaining means 11 which drives the supply and exhaust valve means 10 and retains the emergency brake pressure to be generated by the supply and exhaust valve means 10 when a power voltage runs out, and a control means 12 for controlling the retaining means 11, wherein the control means 12 controls the retaining means 11 based on an AS signal (pressure signal) which displays air spring pressure corresponding to the rolling stock load.

The door controllers 21-28 control the opening and closing of the door on the basis of this open and close control instruction.

Power for a display is supplied from an AC 100 V power source. Each display device 2 is connected with a controller 3 via a connection line 4a and receives a display signal. DC 100 V as control power supply is supplied to the controller 3 for controlling each display device 2. The controller 3 successively grasps an operation progress situation by door signals and point signals and grasps the present operation situation based on information on preliminarily stored operation routes. Based on the grasped operation situation, the controller 3 outputs a display signal, displays a station name in a large size and becomes a device with excellent visibility.

    • PURPOSE:To early find out re-skid immediately after re-adhesion by a method wherein current speed data are inputted to a storage part and a skid control part, an average acceleration determined on the basis of the speed data stored till the previous time is inputted to the skid control part, and when wheels are restored to re-adhesion from skid, all the speed data are replaced by the maximum speed in the speed data. CONSTITUTION:Speed data V1 are determined by an arithmetic part 2 on the basis of a speed pulse obtained from the current speed of a vehicle and inputted to a speed pulse input part 1 and are inputted to a speed data storage part 3 and a skid control part 5. The speed data storage part 3 outputs speed data V2 to Vn obtained till the previous time, and an average acceleration computing part 4 computes an average acceleration alphabeta and inputs it to the skid control part 5. When it is detected that wheels are restored to re-adhesion from skid, all the speed data in the storage part 3 at this time are rewritten by the maximum speed Vmax determined by an arithmetic part 6. According to this constitution, re-skid immediately after the re-adhesion is found out early, braking is quickened and damages of the wheels and rails are prevented.
