      SOLUTION: The winding coil 1 is provided with a core 2, an electrode 3 and a winding 4, and the core 2 is provided with a winding core 5 for winding the winding 4 and a pair of flanges 6 and 6. Then, a recess 7 is formed at the inner side lower part of each flange 6, and the recess 7 is provided with a circular-arcuate curved surface part 70 continued with the peripheral wall 50 of the winding core 5 without a level difference. The leading-out part 41 of the winding 4 is led out so as to be along the curved surface part 70 and then the end part 40 is press fixed to the surface of the electrode 3. That is, the leading-out part 41 is provided with slack, and tension is prevented from being generated for the contraction of the coating agent.
