    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collector for lithium ion battery with a high discharge capacity and superior cycle characteristics, whose a current collector layer does not delaminate and detach from a substrate and an active material layer in spite of repeated charge and discharge, and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: A collector for lithium ion battery comprises a film substrate made of a heat-shrinkable resin composition and having a rough surface portion formed on its surface and a current collector layer made of evaporated thin film of aluminum and formed on the rough surface portion of the film substrate. The heat-shrinkable resin composition is a heat-shrinkable resin composition heat-treated at a temperature 20 to 50 degrees higher than a glass-transition temperature thereof. The thickness of the evaporated thin film of aluminum is 1.5 to 3.0 μm. In the range within 0.5 μm of the thickness from the surface, Ra is 0.02 to 0.1 μm, Rz is 0.2 to 0.5 μm, and Rq/Rz is 1.3 or less. In the range within 0.5 μm of the thickness from the surface in contact with the film substrate, Ra is 0.005 to 0.01, Rz is 0.05 to 0.1, and Rq/Rz is 1.3 or less.
