    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating composition excellent in close adhesion to an amorphous polyolefin substrate and also capable of obtaining a cured film excellent in surface hardness, scratch resistance and wear resistance, and an amorphous polyolefin film or sheet having such the cured film.
      SOLUTION: This coating composition for the amorphous polyolefin substrate consists of 5-50 pts.mass urethane(meth)acrylate A obtained by reacting a polydiene polyol having ≥2 hydroxy groups in one molecule, an organic polyisocyanate and a compound having ≥1 hydroxy and ≥1 polymerizable unsaturated double bond in one molecule, 5-50 pts.mass organic material-covered inorganic fine particles and 20-90 pts.mass compound other than the component A, having ≥2 polymerizable unsaturated double bonds in one molecule (the total of 3 components is 100 pts.mass), a photopolymerization initiator and solvent. The amorphous polyolefin film or sheet having the cured film of the coating composition is also provided.
