摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoxy resin composition superior in both heat resistance and toughness, and to provide a prepreg and a fiber-reinforced composite material each using the epoxy resin composition.SOLUTION: The epoxy resin composition includes: (A) 15-50 mass% of an isocyanate-modified epoxy resin; (B) 20-60 mass% of a bisphenol A-type epoxy resin and/or bisphenol F-type epoxy resin; and (C) 15-30 mass% of a polyfunctional epoxy resin. In this composition, (D) a polyamine-based epoxy resin-curing agent has been incorporated in such an amount that the number of the active hydrogen equivalents is 1.15-1.50 times the number of the epoxy equivalents of the total epoxy resins.
