摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-shrinkable laminated film excellent in low temperature shrinkability, shrink finish properties and transparency and suitable for use in a heat-shrinkable label or the like capable of keeping good transparency even at the time of regeneration and addition, and a plastic container on which the heat-shrinkable label comprising the heat-shrinkable laminated film is mounted.
SOLUTION: In the heat-shrinkable laminated film obtained by stretching a laminated film composed of at least two layers, that are, a layer (I) and a layer (II) at least in one direction, the layer (I) is constituted of a polylactic acid resin and the layer (II) is constituted of a polypropylene resin of which the melting point is 90-130°C and the content of a propylene monomer unit is 80-99 mass% as a main component respectively. The heat shrinkability in the main shrink direction of the heat-shrinkable laminated film when immersed in hot water of 80°C for 10 sec is set to 20% or above.

(B) The polyester-based resin comprising a dicarboxylic acid residue component consisting mainly of an aromatic dicarboxylic acid residue except isophthalic acid residue and a diol residue component consisting mainly of a prescribed aliphatic diol residue and, if necessary, an alicyclic diol residue.
