    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method of a contaminated gas and a rotary kiln for manufacturing cement, free from shortage of main fuel and oxygen necessary for burning the main fuel, even when a supply quantity of the contaminated gas is increased, capable of keeping stable flame and burning zone temperature, and manufacturing the cement without giving bad influence on its quality in accompany with combustion decomposition of the contaminated gas, even when the supply quantity of the contaminated gas is significantly increased.
      SOLUTION: In this treatment method of the contaminated gas, the contaminated gas P decomposable under high temperature atmosphere, is jetted to a position separated from the flame of the main fuel burner, by using an injection pipe 2 mounted independently from the main fuel burner 1, to be supplied into the rotary kiln, when a cement clinker C is manufactured by burning a cement material while keeping the inside of the rotary kiln 3 for manufacturing cement under high temperature atmosphere by the main fuel F and oxygen O
      2 supplied from a main fuel burner 1.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing cement while minimizing times and costs by charging a powdered fire-extinguishing agent waste at a cement firing process.
      SOLUTION: At the time of manufacturing cement clinker by firing a cement raw material by a high temperature gas (g) in the rotary kiln (4) after preheating the cement raw material (c) in a preheater (1) by the high temperature gas (g) sent from the rotary kiln (4), the powdered fire-extinguishing agent waste generating an ammonia gas by thermal decomposition and having a particle size of ≤180 μm is charged in the high temperature gas (g) of 600-1,200°C, especially, in the high temperature gas in a calcining furnace provided in the front stage before the rotary kiln or in the high temperature gas above a raw material feeding port 33 provided at a kiln inlet housing in a kiln inlet part of the rotary kiln.
