    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noncontact type current sensor device using a region where permeability of a core material is high and improving sensitivity. SOLUTION: The current sensor device includes: a nearly C-shaped magnetic body core where both the ends oppose via a gap of a prescribed interval; a coil 3 wound around the magnetic body core via an insulator; a magnetic sensor element H disposed within the gap to detect magnetic flux as an electric signal; and a sensor circuit 5 connected to the magnetic sensor element H. The sensor circuit 5 includes: a differential amplification unit 6 detecting a potential difference between voltage terminals of the magnetic sensor element H to which a reference voltage is applied as a signal for amplification; a magnetization offset generation unit 7 generating an offset voltage for causing an offset by magnetizing the magnetic body core; and a signal mixing unit 3 adding a signal amplified by the differential amplification unit 6 and the offset voltage to transmit the ressult to the coil 3.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core for a rotating machine which can reduce iron loss and cogging torque, can enhance the space factor of a coil, and can be manufactured easily, and also provide a rotary machine.
      SOLUTION: A stator core 6 is split into a plurality of numbers in the peripheral direction, while being mutually twisted at a specified skew angle, in the direction of the rotary axis line. More specifically, in split bodies 60, the center parts of slots which are adjacent to each other in the stator 5 are formed of the opposite end sides of the split bodies 60 and are split and formed, while being twisted at an angle θ of, for example, 2 to 35 degrees with respect to the rotation axis line from the opposite end sides. The split bodies 60 are formed by respectively compressing metal powder coated with an insulating material. That is the surface of the metal power is subjected to insulation treatment, and then the metal powder is compressed with a molding die to be molded as a compound soft-magnetic substance.
