    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam barrier film having high steam barrier properties.SOLUTION: The steam barrier film is composed of two types of oxides, and formed by a co-evaporation method in which an evaporation material composed of a first oxide (X) and an evaporation material composed of a second oxide (Y) are used and simultaneously evaporated by reactive plasma evaporation.
