    • PURPOSE:To achieve a continuous compression simulating test for rolling a plate such as steel plate at a high accuracy, by making a rolling test piece passing reciprocatively between a pair of rolling rolls with the space therebetween adjusted by a hydraulic pressure as desired. CONSTITUTION:A hydraulic oil is fed to a hydraulic cylinder 26 with a hydraulic controller 27 to lower an upper anvil 21. As a specified space between upper and lower rolling rolls 23 and 24 reaches a specified value, the space between both upper and lower anvils 21 and 22 is detected with a space detector 28 to stop the feeding of a rolling test piece W. The rolling test piece W having a max. thickness testing section at the center thereof is inserted between the upper and lower rolling rolls 23 and 24 and grasped with chucks 31 and 32. The test piece W is pulled through a working rod 29a with a hydraulic cylinder 29 to make the test art between the rolling rolls 23 and 24 and then, pulled reversely with a hydraulic cylinder 30 with the space therebetween narrowed by a required value. In this manner, the test piece W is reciprocated specified times to perform a rolling simulating test.

Then,the external material 10 is drawn by the die 4 to adhere the external material 10 to the internal material 12 and laser beams 52 are projected from an oscillator 54 to an adherence-start part A. At this time, the laser beams 52 from the oscillator 54 are reflected by a prism 56, projected to a prism 62 revolved integrally with a turning gear 60, further projected uniformly to the adherence- start part A through a synchronously rotating prism 62. In this way, the material melted by the laser beams 52 is adhered at once by the die 4, compressed by a drawing operation, accordingly, are not oxidized, completely welded to effectively and easily form clad tubes to all kinds of different metals.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for recoiling at the time of winding a strip and to enable extracting a coil directly from a reel by splitting a shell of the winding reel into plural pieces in the peripheral direction to give a suction mechanism and an expansion and reduction mechanism. CONSTITUTION:Among shells splitted into three pieces in an inner part of a shell 4, a hollow part 2 is provided, the hollow part 2 is communicated to the outside air through a small hole 3, also the hollow part 2 and a hole 9 in a rotating shaft 7 are communicated through a hole 10. Through this hole 9, by evacuating with a blower through the small hole 3 to suck the outside air, the strip cut by a cutting hollow edge 1 is sucked on the outer periphery of the shell 4 to enable winding. As the shells 5, 6 are capable of expanding and reducing its outer diameter by sliding the tapered jig 8, so when the coil is extracted from the reel, by providing a clearance between the coil with reducing the outer diameter of the shells 5, 6, extracting the coil is performed easily.
