    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold platen which can suppress adverse influence of a pin hole for an ejector pin toward a mobile mold platen and can alleviate the problem at the time of designing the mold platen and further to provide a mold clamping device and an injection molding machine using the mold platen. SOLUTION: A back plate 32 of the mobile mold platen 3 is formed so that plate thickness t3 of the back plate 32 at a region where the pin hole 100 is formed is larger than plate thickness t4 at a region where the pin hole 100 is not formed. It is also preferable that an end part of the pin hole 100 at a back plate 32 side has a cross-sectional shape of an ellipse. When a metal mold which is long in one direction is attached to a metal mold attaching plate 31, the elliptical end part of the pin hole 100 is located so that its major axis direction is perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the metal mold. At the back plate 32, a concave part which is concave toward the metal mold attaching plate 31 side is effectively formed near a part where the pin hole 100 is formed or an opening is effectively formed in the back plate 32.
