SOLUTION: This detoxication processing system 10 is constituted by providing a PCB recovering device 11 which recovers PCB 1 from an electric appliance 100, a roughly washing device 12a which roughly washes the electric appliance 100 with a washing liquid 2 made of IPA, a disassembling device 12b which disassembles the electric appliance 100, a finish washing device 12c which finish-washes the electric appliance 100 with the washing liquid 2, a preparing device 13 which prepares a liquid 4 to be processed by mixing the PCB 1, the washing liquid 2 and sodium hydroxide 3, an ultraviolet processing device 14 which irradiates the liquid 4 to be processed with an ultraviolet ray, and a solid-fluid separating device 15 which removes sodium chloride 5 from the liquid 4 to be processed.
