    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the defective detection of a sheet joint and the malfunction of a detector in a corrugated cardboard sheet production line and to materialize an automated detection means which is improved in sheet joint detection accuracy.
      SOLUTION: In a method for detecting the sheet joint of a corrugator, the leading edge of the second waiting corrugated cardboard base paper 7 is stuck to the end edge of the first corrugated cardboard base sheet 6 being delivered to a corrugated cardboard sheet production process to carry out sheet joint, and a cut sheet S including the sheet joint 5 is removed selectively by detecting the sheet joint 5 on the downstream side of a corrugated cardboard sheet production process.
