    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection device in which foreign matter is prevented from being caught in a needle valve sliding part and a needle valve actuation part to prevent occurrence of operational failure of a needle valve and a needle valve driving part, occurrence of resulting combustion failure, and generation of abrasion and seizure in the needle valve sliding part, even in an engine using fuel such as crude oil based fuel containing a large amount of foreign matter.
      SOLUTION: The fuel for the engine is divided into two systems including an operating fuel system to be supplied into an operating oil chamber as operating oil after solid foreign matter removing treatment, and a combustion fuel system to be supplied to a fuel reservoir. In a fuel injection valve, an operating fuel passage is provided in an upper part side of a needle valve bearing part, and a combustion fuel passage is provided in a lower part side of the needle valve bearing part. Pressure Pp in an operating fuel side of the needle valve bearing part is set larger than pressure Pf in a combustion fuel side (Pf>Pf).

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of the smoke color and the generation of black smoke by suppressing the excessive fuel only by the simple constitution or the change of specification, by inputting the signal programmed by a com puter into the fuel restricting mechanism of a governor and restricting fuel at an arbitrary position which is independent from the engine speed. CONSTITUTION:An internal combustion engine is equipped with a governor 20 equipped with a scavenging pressure limitter or the similar fuel restricting mechanism. In this case, the signal programmed by a computer is inputted into the fuel restricting mechanism. Fuel is controlled at an arbitrary position which is independent of the speed of the internal combustion engine, and the excessive fuel is restricted to prevent the deterioration of the smoke color. For example, in a vessel engine, the difference between the speed instruction by a telegraph and the actual revolution speed of the engine is detected by the computer, and a signal is inputted into the governor 20 from the computer so that fuel is restricted at an arbitrary position corresponding to the telegraph instruction. Further, the input signal for a pneumatic governor is an aerodynamic signal passing through an electricity-air converter.

    • PURPOSE: To improve maintainability and to reduce a working cost by providing a cooling water bleeding valve on the inlet side, a cooling water bleeding valve on the outlet side, and a cooling water branch pipe on-off valve to open and close a cooling water inlet line to each cylinder jacket. CONSTITUTION: During inspection and maintenance of an engine, the cooling water branch pipe on-off valve 21a of a cylinder 50 is opened and the on-off valve 21 of other cylinder is closed. With this state, a cooling water bleeding valve 9 on the outlet side is opened and a cooling water bleeding valve 8 on the inlet side is switched in such a manner to intercommunicate a drain pipe 20 and a cooling water discharge pipe 7. Through the operation, cooling water in a cylinder 50 to perform inspection and maintenance and cooling water in a cooling water common inlet line 1 and an outlet line 2 are outputted to a cooling water discharge pipe 7 through the cooling water bleeding valve 8 on the inlet side and the cooling water bleeding valve 9 on the outlet side. Thus, cooling water in a cylinder jacket 5 not to need inspection and maintenance remains in an engine. This constitution reduces a maintenance cost and a working cost.

    • PURPOSE:To make positive starting performable, by transmitting hydraulic pressure to a control unit via a selector valve of a cancel device for valve opening pressure control, and intercepting the canceling hydraulic pressure at time of starting and quick reversing. CONSTITUTION:Usually hydraulic pressure for valve opening pressure control passes through a selector valve and flows into a fuel valve opening pressure control unit. At times of starting and quick reversing, if canceling hydraulic pressure flows into a can cel device (a), the selector valve 5 is selected whereby the valve opening pressure controlling hydraulic pressure is not inputted into the control unit, and the hydraulic pressure out of the control unit drops to some extent. Accordingly, a valve opening pressure selector piston 3 of a fuel valve 4 moves upward, and load of a spring 6 checking a needle valve of the fuel valve reduces, making it come to low valve opening pressure. At this time, a hydraulic tank 1 serves as a timer. If capacity of this hydraulic tank 1 is varied, operating time of the cancel device (a) is alterable. Therefore, at times of starting and quick reversing, the fuel valve opening pressure is set down to the low valve opening pressure for a given period of time long, thus positive actuation is attainable.
