摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of an conventional electronic file device adapted to make materials stored in a rack or locker into image data by a scanner in which it is inconvenient for the user side for the necessity of much time for construction of its system, since the using method thereof is far from a conventional file search method by a user.
SOLUTION: A cover collection file of document data is stored so that an appearance image of each document file which stores a plurality of single-page or multi-page documents and has a title described on its back cover, obtained by photographing the document file and digitizing the appearance of the document file is associated with the display position of the document file among a plurality of appearance images of document files composed of a group of the appearance images of the document files, whereby a necessary document can be selected from the cover collection file. Thus, filing is performed so that the user's memory concerning documents in the file can be effectively used in the image of taking out the file and browsing the documents therein, and an time-taking operation as construction of a database is dispensed with to provide an efficient electronic file device.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rod-type laser current meter by which the flow velocity of an axial flow and a lateral flow around a capillary group can be measured without being influenced by an obstacle in the circumference regarding a flow- velocity measuring place in which a flow velocity cannot be measured from the outside due to an obstacle in the circumference. SOLUTION: A spacer 10 for an insertion rod 1, a 90 deg.-optical-path conversion mirror 11 which bends a laser beam to be a right angle and a glass window 12 which prevents water from creeping and which passes a laser beam to a flow-passage position are installed inside a capillary 2 for measurement. An optical fiber probe 1a and an optical fiber probe 1b which guide a laser beam from a light emitting part and the insertion rod 1 in which a lens 1d used to cross two laser beams are inserted into the capillary 2 for measurement. The crossing part of laser beams is formed in a flow-passage position (a measuring position), and an axial flow and a lateral flow can be measured. In a state that the insertion rod 1 is inserted into the capillary 2 for measurement, it is installed inside a capillary bundle. Thereby, a flow velocity can be measured in a flow-passage part which cannot be seen from the outside.
