    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a bank constructible at any time by a method wherein a movable structural body at the inside of a housing part is set afloat in a liquid entering into the housing part, and the movable structural body is made to project beyond the upper opening of the housing part. SOLUTION: A floating lift is constructed with a movable structural body 4 housed, capable of rising and falling, at the inside of a housing part 3 that is buried at the lower part of the ground G. While the structural body 4 is equipped with a lower floating structure 4a and an upper structure 4b, sealing surfaces 4c and 3c are provided respectively at the upper inclined wall of the floating structure 4a and the peripheral underside at the upper opening 3a of the housing part 3. When the structural body 4 is used for instance as a bank, buoyancy is given to the floating structure 4a with the inside of the housing part 3 filled with water, and the upper structure 4b is made to project upward beyond the upper opening 3a. On an occasion of nonuse, the structural body 4 is lowered with water 5 inside the housing part 3 discharged, making the structural body not obstructive, and thereby a bank or a partition wall at the site for an exhibition or the like can be formed simply. Furthermore, sufficient safety can be ensured as sealing is made automatically when used as a bank.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of a charge trip by contact of a discharge wire with a dust precipitation plate by disposing a detaining means for detaining the inclination of the discharge wire with respect to upper and lower bar materials in a section apart a specified distance from weld zones between these bar materials and the discharge wire. SOLUTION: The discharge wire 1 is joined to the upper round bar 4 by bending the discharge wire nearly perpendicularly near the weld zone 6 of its end to the upper round bar 4 to press this part to the outer periphery of the upper round bar 4 and applying spot welding in this contact part. At this time, a pawl 9 as the detaining means is formed in the section on the lower side in proximity to the weld zone 6 of the discharge wire 1, i.e., the side where a crack 7 can occur. This pawl 9 is disposed successively with the bent part of the discharge wire 1 and is so formed as to embrace the upper or lower round bar 4 from the outer side, by which the opening width B thereof is made smaller than the outside diameter D of the upper round bar 4. As a result, the inclination of the discharge wire 1 may be detained by the pawl 9 and, therefore, the occurrence of the charge trip may be prevented.
