摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent a linked tripping of the whole plant at the time of occurrence of a trouble anywhere in a generating plant, which has two or more boilers, turbines and generator machines and feeds a varying amount of power, by furnishing an emergency working device separate from the controller of conventional type. CONSTITUTION:This emergency working device is composed of an expected load calculator 5 to put out the regular load upon receiving an emergency input signal 4 from the plant 2, a turbine load and air bleeding calculating/setting device 8 to set a target value for the turbine output and the amount of bled air, and load selecting and shutoff setting device 9 to set the shutoff of the air bleeding and electric load in accordance with the sort of emergency. Further this is equipped with a steam balance calculator 10, a air bleeding mode calculator 11, a by-pass valve opening/closing calculator 12, a boiler evaporation calculator 13, a relay setting signal generator 14 whose input is connected with the outputs of the turbine load and air bleeding/setting device 8 and the load selecting and shutoff setting device 9, and an emergency action signal generator 15 connected with the inputs to the plant 2.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent a turbine from rapidly increasing its rotational speed when a full load is disconnected, by controlling a main steam regulating valve and intercept valve. CONSTITUTION:Accelerating speed of rotation of intermediate and low pressure turbines are measured by a T/G speed deviation detector 10 and applied to an adder 13 and primary delay element 12. The adder 13 calculates a deviation between outputs from the T/G speed deviation detector 10 and the primary delay element 12 and feeds said deviation signal to a coefficient multiplier 14. When a governor is tested, a variable contact 38a of a relay 38 is turned to close a fixed contact 38c to add a bias value of T/G output difference of a T/G output difference bias setter 39 to an output of an adder 19 in an adder 24 and permit a function generator 20 to output 1.0 in a very short length of time, causing a hysteresis generator 16 to also output 1.0, thus to generate a valve closing signal from an OPC.

CONSTITUTION:A secondary pressure control valve 2 is provided on a high pressure steam line 1, and its downstream is provided with a turbine governor valve 4. Pressure in a secondary pressure line 3 between the above valves is controlled to a fixed value Ps by adjusting the said controller 2. A lift command signal for the governor valve 4 is inputted in a function generator 11, in which a signal corresponding to the square of opening for a valve lift is formed to maltiplicatively correct an input signal for a proportional-plus-integral controller 10 in a controller for the said valve 2. Consequently, the damping coefficient of a secondary pressure controller can be kept at an optimal fixed value to improve the stability of pressure control.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable economical operation even when the discharge pressure of a pump is varied markedly by installing a flow rate detector on the upper stream side of the pump and a pressure detector on the lower stream side and comparing the difference of the both signals with the signal from the differential pressure. CONSTITUTION:A flow rate detector 10 is installed the upper stream side of a pump 1, and a pressure detector 9 is installed on the lower stream side, and in an adder 12, the signal from the pressure detector 9 is subtracted from the signal from the flow rate detector 10, and the output is compared with the signal from an adder 6 by means of a high selector 13. Therefore, in the operation where the flow rate more than at a point 16 is necessitated, the signal from the adder 12 becomes larger than the signal from the adder 6, and the signal of the adder 12 is selected in the high selector 13, and the operation along overload line 15 is formed. Thus, even if the discharge pressure varies markedly, economical operation is permitted.
