摘要： PURPOSE: To smoothly sort long vegetables by providing a selecting device for the long vegetables and a sorting device for shifting the long vegetables on a selecting tray to a class sorting conveyer according to a signal from the selecting device selecting the selecting tray being carried by a conveyer. CONSTITUTION: A selecting tray 10 mounting long vegitables is shifted to a chain conveyer 9 by a screw conveyer 8. The long vegetables judged by a selecting device with respect to the class is shifted to the chain conveyer 9 while a selecting conveyer C is shifted, and conveyed up to a sorting conveyer E. The long vegetables judged by the selecting device, upon reaching the sorting conveyer E, is shifted onto the sorting coveyer when the selecting tray 10 mounting the long vegetables is operated according to the judging signal from the selecting device. Thus, the long vegetables are arranged on a carrier tray of a supply conveyer 7 and delivered to the selecting tray 10 and the chain conveyer 9. Thus, the long vegetables are sorted by the classification of the sorting device according to the shape judging signal of the selecting device.

摘要： PURPOSE: To prevent scattering and damaging of vegetables by providing a plurality of weirs erectively provided with specified intervals and to move interlocked with a belt conveyor, a supply conveyor to supply the vegetables one by one through a plural number of ribs planted with specified intervals on its upper surface and an aligning gate to open and close synchronously with passing timing of the ribs. CONSTITUTION: A cucumber (a) is discharged between a pair of weirs 3 on a top head extension conveyor la when the weirs 3 and a heap of the cucumbers (a) are transferred onto a conveyor 1b by revolution of the conveyor 1a, they move at moving speed twice as high as the front step conveyor la, are extended and lowered. In this way, the front side weirs and a heap of the cucumbers (a) are gradually lowered as they are transferred to downstream conveyors 1c, 1d ..., and they are aligned roughly with the equal intervals and flow on one step on a last end conveyor 1g. Thereafter, they are transferred onto an aligning conveyor 6 and delivered to a supply conveyor 7 one by one in accordance with opening and closing timing of an aligning gate 8. In this way, scattering and damage of the cucumbers (a) at the time of transfer are reduced.

CONSTITUTION:The tension of a substrate 9 in front of and behind a cooling roll 7 is controlled by changing the number of revolution of tension applying rolls 14a and 14b, and the degree of the contract of the substrate 9 to the cooling roll 7 is improved. Moreover, the degree of the contact of the substrate 9 to a seal roll 6 is improved to suppress the enclosing of air, a floating roll 22 is provided in a reducing chamber 3 on the air side, and an intermediate reducing chamber 19 and a reducing chamber 20 on the vacuum side are provided, therefore, before the enclosed air enters a vacuum treating chamber 4, the air is released and discharged.

The sheet material enters a vacuum deposition chamber 7 where the vapor deposited film is formed on the surface of the steel sheet 1 by a vapor deposition device 1; thereafter, the steel sheet is changed in direction by a winding roll 9 and is again passed through the pressure chambers 6c, 6b, 6a and is emerged into the atm. The required number of the rolls is smaller than in the conventional system and the total number of the leak spaces of air is decreased and, therefore, the vacuum sealing device improved in sealing performance is obtd.

Fluid pressure of each hole 3 is uniformly high at both sides in right and left to the part 4 as the center, fluid pushed between the surface 2 and the strip S is allowed to flow out to sides from both side edges of the strip S and it can be stably transferred.

摘要： PURPOSE:To decrease the leaking rate of fluid and to stabilize the passing through state of a strip by disposing baffle plates to the pressure receiving surface of a floater having fluid ejection ports between both front and rear ends in the strip passing direction of the pressure receiving surface facing the strip and a body. CONSTITUTION:A top plate 15 provided with the flat pressure receiving surface 14 facing the strip is integrally attached to the box-shaped body 12 the inside of which constitutes a chamber 11 for fluid such as air. The fluid ejection ports 16 made into a slit shape, etc., for ejecting diagonally the fluid fed into the chamber 11 toward the central part of the pressure receiving surface 14 are respectively formed between both front and rear ends of the plate 15 in the strip 13 passing direction and the body 12. The plural baffle plates extending in the passing direction of the strip 13 are projected on the surface 14 so as to be arranged along the transverse direction of the strip 13 and the top surfaces thereof are formed to the arc shape so as to have the smaller space from the strip 13. The fluid which is blown out of the ports 16 and is positioned in the space between the strip 13 and the surface 14 is thus made hardly flowably to both sides in the transverse direction of the strip 13.
