The nozzle hole has a first hole 28 like a circular column and a second hole 29 like a circular column communicating with the downstream side of the first hole 28 like the circular column, having a larger hole diameter than a hole diameter of the first hole 28 like the circular column, and inclined at a predetermined angle for a central axis of the first hole 28 like the circular column.
