The bracket 5 has through holes 5d formed therein through which the respective pins 2c are passed. A recess is formed around each of the through holes 5d.

A rotating shaft section 18 extends from the frame 11 toward the outside of the outer shell, and is covered with a shaft cover 19 made of the insulating resin.
