    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding method of a cylindrical linear motor capable of enhancing heat dissipation by increasing the contact area of a coil and a yoke, and also enhancing the magnetic characteristics by improving magnetic balance.SOLUTION: The cylindrical linear motor comprises a stator 10 having a long cylindrical yoke 8 composed of a magnetic material and a plurality of coils 4A of U phase, V phase and W phase having a short cylindrical shape and arranged in the axial direction on the inner diameter side of the yoke 8, and a mover 20 disposed on the inside of the stator 10 to face the stator through a magnetic gap and movably in the axial direction, and into which a plurality of permanent magnets 6 are inserted in the axial direction. The crossover wire 5A for the coil 4A in each phase of the stator 10 is arranged on the inner peripheral surface of the coil 4A. Consequently, crossover wiring is performed on the inner diameter side of the coil 4A, and the outer periphery of the coil 4A can be made true cylindrical. Since it is not required to provide protrusions and recesses in the yoke 8, heat dissipation and magnetic characteristics are enhanced, and processing is facilitated.

In such a configuration, linear movements and rotational movements of the ball screw 4 can be simultaneously controlled by controlling moving directions and speed of the movable parts 2a, 2b.
