An electric wire 130A is inserted into the cylindrical portion of the through hole sleeve 120 and bent at an end portion of the cylindrical portion to be distributed to the surface and back surface of the solar battery panel board 110. The electric wire 130A has a conductive line 131 and a first insulating coating 132 covering the conductive wire 131, and a second insulating coating 133 covering the first insulating coating 132 at a portion other than the bent portion of the through hole sleeve 120.

      SOLUTION: The sides 6 of this structure are wound on three respective winding cores 5 and accommodated. The winding cores 5 are coupled together by a joint 3 rotatably around the axis in a triangular arrangement. This causes the winding cores 5 coupled by the joint 3 to move simultaneously in the directions of going farther from the coupling root structure 10, and the cores 5 rotating pay out the sides 6, which generates a cylindrical coupling space having a triangular section with the sides 6 spread.
