      SOLUTION: Pushers 8 at both ends of an upper stage 9 are pressed against an edge part of a first substrate 1 to curve the first substrate 1 by the principal of three-point bending by causing the upper stage 9 holding a second substrate 7 to approach from a state in which the first substrate 1 is held by a lift pin 3 at a position higher from a lower stage 5 by a prescribed value. Thereafter, the upper stage 9 further approaches to the first substrate 1 to bond the second substrate 7 while enlarging an area from the central part of the first substrate 1 to the peripheral region.

      SOLUTION: In the adhesive coating machine, a plurality of adhesive discharge holes 2 which discharge the first adhesive in the circumferential direction are provided, and the shaft or the yoke 3 of the rotor is connected and supported on the same shaft, wherein the coating machine includes a cylindrical nozzle 1 which engages with the cylindrical permanent magnet 4, and a valve 5 having a nozzle 14 which discharges the second adhesive to the outer peripheral face of the shaft or the yoke 3 of the rotor. Moreover, the coating machine includes a hand 6 for holding the permanent magnet 4, a second vertical moving stage 7 which moves the hand 6 vertically, an injector 9 to supply the adhesive which is provided, corresponding to each of the adhesive charge holes 2 and the valve 5, a supply path from the injector 9 including piping 10, a rotary stage 8 for rotating the shaft or the yoke 3, and the lifting mechanism of the valve 5.

      SOLUTION: The inspected object 1 (semiconductor wafer) is illuminated with an infrared source 3, the light transmitted through the inspected object 1 is imaged by the infrared camera 6, and the inspected object 1 is inspected based thereon. The peripheral part (portion) of the inspected object can be inspected, by using a mask means 8 having a trace mount of clearance 10 from the inspected object. A plurality sets of support means constituted respectively to be retreated are used as a means for supporting the inspected object 1 so as to inspect the whole face by making them those retreat alternately.
