    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing equipment and a manufacturing method of a color selection electrode for a cathode-ray tube capable of eliminating protrusions of outer circumference end parts of an electrode element body generated after removal of peripheries.
      SOLUTION: The device is provided with a positioning/fixing mechanism 10 for fixing the color selection electrode 3 to a given position, and a pushing/bending device 20 for pushing and bending an outer circumference end part 2a of the electrode element body 2 for the color selection electrode 3 toward a frame 1 of the color selection electrode 3. The pushing/bending device 20 is provided with a roller 21, its support mechanism 22, a first movement mechanism 23 for moving the support mechanism 22 near or away from the electrode element body 2, and a second movement mechanism 24 for moving the support mechanism 22 in a length direction of the frame 1. The roller 21 is pressed on the outer circumference end part 2a of the electrode element body 2 with the use of the first movement mechanism 23 and the roller 21 pressed to the outer circumference end part 2a of the electrode element body 2 is moved in a direction along sides of the frame 1 with the use of the second movement mechanism 24.
