The curved mirror units 1A, 1B are mounted to the planar mirror unit 2, thereby configuring an optical unit 100. In each optical cell, light A0 from a subject is bent by the subject-side planar mirror 2a, reflected by the subject-side curved mirror 3a, reflected by the imaging device-side curved mirror 3b, bent by the imaging device-side planar mirror 2b and made incident on an imaging device 7.

In the reflector 5, a plurality of claw parts 5a and 5b as a third holding mechanism engaged into the projections 3a and 3b in the light transmission body and into the claw parts 4a and 4b in the condenser lens and claw parts 5c, 5d and 5e as a fourth holding mechanism fitted into mount holes 2a, 2b and 2c in the housing 2 are formed in a length direction (read width direction). Therefore, intervals of light source components and a position and an angle of the housing can be determined stably and uniformly without requiring additional components or additional steps.
